Cast film is a non-stretched, non-oriented flat extrusion film produced by meltcasting quenching. There are two ways of single-layer casting and multi-layerco-extrusion casting. It is characterized by fast production speed, high output, andexcellent film transparency, gloss and thickness uniformity.
Product Description
The die head adopts a clothes hanger type runner and the die body adopts a two-half structure, which is simple and convenient to clean.
Use bolts to fine-tune the elastic die lip or adjust the push-pull upper die lip to suit the different thickness requirements of the extruded product.
The effective width of the die head can reach 8000mm, which can produce single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion composite cast film products. With the corresponding extruder, it can produce PP, PE, EVA, CPP, CPE and othercast films, with an average thickness of 0.01mm -0.5mm.
Insulation devices are added at both ends of the die head and the equipment fixing bolts to block the heat conduction between the die head and the equipment and reduce heat loss.
Commonly used in food packaging, daily necessities, stationery film, cling film, etc.
