Product Description
During operation, the screenless filter employs a proprietary secondary screw pressurization mechanism within the screen changer to filter impurities from the melt, thereby separating the plastic solution from contaminants. The filtered residues are subsequently removed by spiral blades and deposited into a specialized residue storage unit. The system is equipped with high-precision pressure sensors that trigger automatic discharge when the pressure reaches the preset threshold, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted filtration without manual intervention for screen changes or residue removal. Filtration accuracy can achieve up to 60 mesh. Following discharge, the system automatically reseals and remains closed until the pressure again reaches the set threshold, at which point it will reopen to expel additional residue in a cyclical manner.
Technical Characteristics
The network replacement is fully automated, without the need for manual operation, with no fuctuations in material pressure and flow, truly achieving constant pressure production. The filtering accuracy can reach 60 mesh, with lower power consumption. Lower raw material and labor costs.
